Default Modifry Redline Shift Beeper

I ordered the wiring kit along with the beeper just to make things a lot easier because I am terrible at jerry rigging things. The instructions were clear and the wiring diagram was even easy enough for me to decipher. The beeper comes preset to start beeping at 8900 RPM's and will give you plenty of time to shift perfectly at 9K by the third beep. I can see this saving my butt when I'm driving "enthusiastically" and I don't have to keep an eye on the tach and I won't bounce off the rev limiter to know I have to shift. Thanks Modifry!

so, it's already been ordered, received, and installed with excellent results? i've been really procrastinating on getting this mod, no doubt i'd love it. when i'm out redlining the car (even with the 4.77s) it does take a while to get to 9000 rpm and i always catch myself watching the tach rather than the road for that extra second or two. the modifry beeper is an great accessory for "spirited" driving...

I had the dealership install mine years ago and the tech guy was very impressed with it.

i would recommend the wiring kit, I just tried to install mine without the kit, in the hot sun, and once it was all said and done, it didn't work. Dreading getting back under that dash and redoing all this wiring...............

Def an awesome mod. Keeping the eyes on the road and off the tach is crucial when really pushing the car.

Here's the link for the beeper. On it is a link for a video of how the beeper works. http://www.modifry.com/products/rlb/index.htm

I love mine. I suggest not using t-taps though. Solder everything. One loose connection will make the ear shattering beeper squeal non-stop. Ask me how I know.

Yea, great mod.

It scares the crap out of my gf when I rev it up and the "BEEP" goes off lol...

It has high RPM memory and a Valet mode as well which come in handy if you ever take your car in for service.
