Just FYI - there is no way to properly mount a multi-point harness in an S2000 without installing an aftermarket rollbar with harness bar. I have seen quite a few installations in S2000s that were downright dangerous.
If you must use an aftermarket seat, I encourage you to make sure it is compatible with the OEM seat belt system.
