How hard is it to change an 02 front to an o4. Is it pretty easy, or is there any modification needed?

would you not just detach one bumper and bolt on another?

 

you may have to modify the screw holes for the bumper but it will fit correctly with your fenders and hood. any decent body shop will be able to modify the 04 bumper if needed but i believe it may just be a direct bolt on. Check a few of the posts in here there was a guy that just had it done at 2nerwerks or however you spell it.

if you want to do a total front end conversion (meaning headlights too) figure about 700.00 -800.00 (new) for the headlights and another 5-7 hours to rig them up. If you want to skip the HID ballast and mounting nightmare figure another 300-400 (new) for ballasts and bulbs.

 

that seems like it would be such a hassle...

i say...if you want the ap2 front end...just go for the 06.

(comes in a pretty sweet blue...)

 

if you're just doing the bumper, its a few bolts

 

Oh that makes tons of sense.... 700+ for a AP2 front end.... or 32,000 for an 06 AP2......
