So what you are saying is that the bolt that holds the spanner locks in place also is tapped into the OEM caps? Won't that weaken the OEM caps at the point where the OEM diff usually breaks?
Check out these stretched bolts
The OEM cap is already taped there I just taped my cap to mate up with the OEM. There is absolutely no way that it can be broke by any S2000 engine. Even a 600 + hp S dropping the clutch at 7 or 8 grand with a 6 puck clutch will brake these caps. The precision of the build and strength of the steel used is far to great. Not saying gears, or LSD failure will not accrue or parts of the diff housing around the caps wont fail. You can only do so much with a cast iron housing . This is the very best rebuilt OEM Honda S2000 differential housing that

I beg to differ Puddy, I installed a 4.77 cryoed & polished in a customer's car back in May from Cryo Jeff, but still the bling factor is cool and performance results of the polishing are proven with race team testing.

If there was a Dana 44 or 60 available for the S2000 this is what it would look like
Thanks wildcardtrd
I am not selling the rear ends, as of now these were made for people that asked privately off the public sight. I would love to offer the service but, I can't publicly
This post is to show what can be done to make things better. Just for fun I am going to look for a set of 4.44 gears and build one with the Kaazs 1.5 LSD. I will get together with Jcarlton to polish the gears out and cryo them along with the LSD. I would let Jeff put it in his car but, he is to easy on it

This is overkill. You will break the axels or the tranny first.
I happen to have four 4.10 rearends I am cryoing and building supports for. Puddy has been great getting the highest rated bolts available. Puddy's rears are one of a kind personally ground caps. This is the last step before Inline Pros 300ZX kit. A lot more money.
