Needs a CF trunk to go with it.

I like carbon fiber and I dig the lip spoiler but it would look better on a black car. It's too much contrast for my taste.

I've always liked the BYS but never pulled the trigger. Hmmm. I wonder how helpful it is in keeping the rear on the asphault for big track events (2 milers like Roebling, etc.).

I love the way it looks,

but the BYS is not a functional wing.

The BYS might actually create lift. To get downforce you need a big ugly wing like me. It works, the CR is proof. Honda engineers saw a problem with lift in the rear and solved it by putting a big nasty wing on the back of the car.

For serious track duty it is almost a requirement.
"Big ugly" is right!!!

I know one of our old local members (like 4-5 years ago) had a huge wing. Ugly as hell but it also seemed easy to remove. Not that I saw him remove it but I know a few meets he'd be w/o. Basically all there was on the trunk was two relatively small strips/braces the whole contraption mounted to. Can yours do something like that? Basically, track day on, normal day off with "little" evidence.

Again...really like the BYS but that it needs to be painted unless you go CF trunk and probably the hood as well.

not a fan of duck bills much but its a look and I am no one of consequence.

I agree with others that you need to trim in CF somewhere else to make it flow more. Hood and mirrors would do the trick.
