I've had my share of issues (wiring harness failure) that went on for 40,000 miles, but even at 65,000, Honda of America sent an engineer and replaced all kinds of crap on it until it was right (including 4 ECU's in the process)...UNDER WARRANTY/ NO CHARGE.

No problems before that and no problems since. 180,000 miles now and running STRONG!! Autocrossed hard for the first two years, and driven like it should be.

1 clutch
1 top
2 diffs (one under warranty, one 4.56 upgrade)
brakes, tires, oil, etc.
timing chain/ tensioner by choice due to mileage

LOVE this car!!

by the way, the ECU is warranteed for 80,000 miles, but once it is replaced, it's only warranteed as normal parts/ labor.

I wish I was so lucky. Blew my motor with my spark plug "incident." The guys @ S&R are doing an awesome job getting me back on the road. 2+ years and 40k miles (~72000 on the odo). Not as good as some of you guys, but I am still on the factory clutch, top and diff.

I only have 15 K on my S (3k just going to the dragon) but my 2004 accord is currently at 102k (automatic) all system go, that's why I love Honda

My first Integra had 89k Miles when I sold it and is still running strong, I see it from time to time on the road and the guy says he loves it. My 2nd Integra was a 96 with 164k miles and it was boosted at 8lbs on stock internals on top of that! Never had a problem with either one. My 05 S2k is about 200 miles away from 30k and its next oil change and I never had a problem since!

the only real "problem" I have is that I think my driver side stock speaker is going out from I assume the last owner or the dealership, but thats no biggie, I plan on getting Alpine Type R or S speakers in a couple months

OMG!!! You either baby it all the time or got the god of all AP1 clutches! I replaced my 1st one at 32000! And the one I have not is buzzing like a tin can full of bees!
The biggest difference in clutch life is the driver. I have a female friend who doesn't drive NEARLY as hard as i do ... but, her boyfriend has had a few 'hot laps' in her car and her clutch, at 86k, is just now starting to give out. So ... the clutch will typically last for a while as long as you don't do a hard engagement. I can assure you that, once i'm rolling, the rev-limiter is all i hear

I have had 2 Civics and my S and all have been sticks.

Drive drive drive, gas, drive drive drive oil change, I love my dependable Hondas. No major problems with any of them.
