Removing Convertible Boot Studs
As you may all know, I just had my convertible top replaced with Robbins. Finally after a week and a half of baking it under the sun, I put the top down. I noticed that the top is hitting the two middle studs for the convertible boot. I immediately called Robbins and they stated that their manual required to remove the two studs. I went out to the car and got socket wrenches but is unable to unscrew the studs. HOW THE HECK DO YOU REMOVE THE STUDS? Robbins also provided a cap to cover the holes after the stud is removed. It is supposed to be included with the top but my installer does not have it anymore. So, Robbins is sending me new ones. Help!!!!!!!
