Default S2000 startup!.... not today :(

To everyone that has gotten on my case about not having custom brackets for the Moton reservoirs, and yelling about the zipties holding them to the core support:

THERE!!! I finally made brackets!!! Happy now?!?

Hahahahaha!!!

Yes, the zipties are a joke... it'll be held in with t-bolt clamps when they get here... just thought this would be funny for ya

Got the cold air intake about 90% done today as well... 3.5" diameter mandrel bent aluminum, goes down behind the radiator, and then around in front of the condensor to hopefully be able to grab in a nice flor of cold air coming in through the grill opening in the bumper...

Its sitting a bit crooked in the pics, because i'm still waiting on the silicone couplers to arrive, so for now i'm holding the pipes in place with painters tape... lol!

The Swift springs showed up today, as well as the Hypercoil helper springs and aluminum spacer from Pegasus, so i got the suspension swapped out and new spring package installed, so FINALLY i don't have to deal with the springs not seating properly when i jack the car up!!! woo hoo! THis was a constant and irritating problem... but not anymore! yay!

Also, we were SUPPOSED to be starting the motor today, but turns out that Honda sent me the wrong crank sensor wheel... so we had to pull that one out, and Honda is getting us the right one overnighted, so i'll have it tomorrow.... so tomorrow will become the actual startup day... we did turn it over though, and it built great oil pressure, and didn't throw any other codes on the K-Pro... so it should fire up nicely tomorrow

Last but not least... my replacement fender roller didn't show up today... i'm optimistic about tomorrow, but it doesn't look good right now... we'll see... i may be rolling my fenders the hard way... with a hammer... yikes!

Anyhoo, here's how she sits right now...

Nice Fabrication as usual but what are you going to add to protect against Hydrolock.

A snorkel... j/k... this is the race setup... i'm going to make a custom short-ram intake tube specifically for daily driving.
