s2ki store
Hi guys i bought a shirt and a window decal from the s2ki store some weeks ago and i have not gotten it. I have been sending emails to the store@s2ki.com customer service telling them that I have not gotten my stuff and I have not gotten any response from them. I don’t know if any of you can help me. Has anyone had this problem before.
noo wayy dude thank anyways this Thursday it would be exactly one month since i purchase it hopefully by the end of this week i'll receive if not i don't know what im going to do i guess loose 20 bucks to the s2ki yayyy

My product was on backorder .... never received it .... the phone number thats on this site is wrong and then his website crashed. He finally got back to me with an email saying the phone number was his old number and his website was having problems and he has been working 80 hours so i can deal with that. I finally received my package (2 led lights and red key hole covers). However one of the key hole covers broke in the mail and waiting for him to send me a replacement.
Told me over a week ago that he sent it and still waiting.
So during the first part of this problem i went to my BANK and they said I have 60 days to dispute the credit card charge. I suggest u talk to ur bank first and see how much time you have, that way you know how long you should wait before contacting the bank to dispute charge.

I am a patient person and too busy with pharmacy school to deal with this shit .... so i am going to wait till the last possible day to contact the bank if i dont receive my replacement key hole covers ...

Jeezus! Thats no way to run a business IMO. You owe it to your customers to keep them aware of issues like this and allow them to retract their orders if such a situation were to arise.

I finally got my stuff ...... after he mentioned that it was sent out october 20th .... i got it on November 16. As usual his excuse was
