Soooo, my car was broken into again, seats stolen.

It happened Tuesday night/wednesday morning, right after NBC decided to teach everyone how easy it was to steal S2000 seats and how much they are worth on Ebay.

I talked with my insurance, they are PISSED.

 

I thought you bought a hardtop? did they break your windows?

Dont bother, theyll smash your windows and take your seats AND your hardtop, then your definately screwed. Unless the thief is lazy and doesnt wanna go through all that.

 

DAMMIT I swear, I used to get mad at thieves but now I'm starting to get mad at you guys. You read about it here every week, you see it in the news, and it even happened to you once already, and you STILL don't have a good alarm and seat locks??? How can there possibly still be people in this site leaving their S2000s outside unprotected?

I understand the sentament (if it is a bit strongly worded for our forum). We've had one set of seats slashed with seat locks...if the theives don't get what they want they vandalize the car.

The only protection is a garage.
