Re: Empanadas

Ok guys I need an answer. As before mentioned I am making empanadas again this year along with another uber tasty surprise! For the empanadas I mentioned if someone had a turkey fryer that we could use to make them so that they are fresh made at the RV. I can premake them and just reheat like last year.

Also I will need space in the RV fridge for item # 2 till saturday. Unless someone who lives close can keep it without touching !!!!! The fridge at teh hotel is barely big enough to fit a twelve pack in and will be stuffed to the hilt with empanadas.

Any assistance in this would be greatly appreciated.

How about saturday after the race? Maybe somewhere we can get some dinner and a few 's

 

I think we should plan a cookout at the RV. last year was great. Bacon wrapped chicken stufeed with cheese. MMMmmm Good. Almost as good as empanadas

 

Just sent some additional RV info to RoB along with a charity karting event Wednesday in Palmetto that's being supported by the event.

 

It says that there is closed-circuit TV input at the RV sites...maybe we should bring a TV to see more of the race also.

In addition, RoB, check your personal email. You have RV info plus an ETA on the admission tickets, paddock passes, yellow parking passes, Tropicana parking passes, RV parking pass, Tow Vehicle parking info, blah, blah, blah, coming your way first of the week.

I have the volunteer T-shirts (16 for the Sweet 16, + 1 for you, + 1 for me), volunteer Firestone hats, and voluteer event pins. I will bring those down Thursday personally to save shipping costs. We should be able to hand all of those out following the VIP and dealership events Thursday night anyway.

I will not be able to make it. I simply have waaaaaay too much stuff to do on wednesday to consider making it that far south.

I have to get trucks and RV in order, hope that the decals are finished and ready to be picked up...and probably hand out tickets somewhere local for my local peeps.


It looks like fun and I know they would love to have some cars down there so if anyone is close enough or has the time to get down there, it should be a good time.....


EDIT: I did not read the price.....ZOINKS!!! so...it seems like a good thing to go and spectate......LOL

 

Thanks for posting that banner for the charity event RoB. You know I'm IT ignorant and would have screwed it up for sure. Better left to the pros. All is on the way to you as far as tix and parking. Tracking number sent to your personal email with delivery expected Monday.

Why! Dammit I hate living this far south. No one does anything, no one even visits the forum. Lots of S' around just noone wants to do anything. I'm moving to Tampa! Who's got a job for me?
