Default suspension technology from BOSE

this is not fake, everything is real... the trick with the 2x4 was done by programing the suspension to react to a reflective strip it passes over at the cones, the rest of the things in the vid are it acting without any such input.

does anyone know of the limitations of this?

will it stand up to more aggressive driving?

As far as I understand there are very few limitations. This suspension is being tested out on a few race cars but I will have to find some links to prove this. It's been a while since I came across the article.
