Sweet 16
Sorry guys, busy day in the office. I just called Sunken Gardens to get some info, they don't open 'til noon on Sunday. I couldn't get a hold of a manager but the person I spoke to didn't think it would be a problem to use their parking lot in the morning as long as we don't park there for the race, which is not a problem for us. I would feel better if I got permission from a manager, but I would have to call back tomorrow or even Friday, she wasn't sure when the manager will be back. Hope that's not too late, if it doesn't work out we can stick with the Ringside.
I think we will be in and out fast enough that it won't be a problem. But I agree with you that it would be good to get permission. If you want I could give a call to over there and see what I can do.

I would use the staging area to merely make sure all 16 cars have arrived and get them in order. Chip you've done such a great job organizing this and maybe you already have but I'd get everyone's cell number so you can have it. If you give me your email address I can email you my checklist that has all of that but I would also recommend printing off the order of cars from this thread.
As Chip has already mentioned, please remember to update your clocks before you go to bed Saturday night. We need everyone to be on time. Once the cars are at the event you will have some time to dust off the cars, shine the tires, etc. I wouldn't expect a bunch of time though because last year they started decaling pretty much right then.
I would HIGHLY recommend a California Duster and then some Detail Spray (Zaino Z-6?) with some clean towels as an option plus maybe some tire dressing if you drove in that morning. Make sure the interior is up to stuff as well. There will be plenty of pics taken from all angles. If you haven't been to a track before it's a dusty mother and you will probably end up dusting off the car before the decals and again before you do the actual Parade Lap especially if you have a darker color like Berlina or NF Red.
