I have been trying to get ahold of Todd at 2nr for a month now.. I called his cell phone and left many meassages but no reply.. at the monment my car is at his shopp for well over 10 months and i have nothen to show for it... I live pretty far from tampa and i cant check on my car.. if anyone can help me with contact of Todd or check the status of my car to make sure its still there that would be great.. thank you very much...
Sounds like he's being calm and reasonable to me. He just wants some two way communication which he has not gotten obviously. If you're super busy or not, great customer service is the key to any business. I just got my car back again yesterday from months and months in the shop so I know the frustrating feeling of being left in the dark. Good luck!!!

I contacted todd this morning and he said that he and Rod have spoken and things are being moved along.

I know the frustration of trying to get a car done so I dont want to seem overly protective or defensive. I just know that there was a comm breakdown somewhere and wanted to get it resolved quickly.

It should be all good or at least the ball is rolling again so.....

Doing a turbo build, and bottom end... I was told it would take 3-4 months when he picked up my car.. 11 months later, I dont even have a complet block yet or turbo kit..

sorry to hear about that. Communication can be difficult sometimes but it looks as though you've made good efforts.

I hope you can get this resolved in a good way.
