I did not want to say this publically but your PM box is full......

I would make sure I have all my ducks in a row before making this issue with Todd public. I would make sure there were no mitigating circumstances concerning money or parts or agreements before I go out and launch a public action.

I dont claim to know anything at all about your specific situation (i dont know anything at all) but I do know that when car projects go south, it is usually over money, parts availability or refusal to cooperate or something like that.

I dont think Todd is in business to screw people. I have known him for years and he is a personal friend of mine. You might want to make sure there is not a hang up on your end, concerning the project, before you go out and make people think he is screwing you.

His ability to contact you is not in my realm of understanding, but there must be a reason. I am almost certain that if there is this kind of breakdown in the situation there must be a problem much bigger than what is being said here.

There being more to the story or not, as a CO in this community, I would rather you handle this privately as this kind of recourse looks bad for the entire community in general.

He has had my car for a long time too..... until there is parts/money and time in the schedule, the car does not get done. One or more of these elements must be missing from your equation or there would be no problem

Sorry for not being able to say this to you privately but it needed to be said

I think C Me Go has a right to complain and ask for forum help. Especially if it's been as long as it has and money has passed. I would say this about any tuner supplier to a forum member. 11 months of not hearing is a long time. If the supplier doesn't have a phone that works, he better get one. That's called business. Good business is also doing it in a timely manner and if it can't be then the customer should be kept abreast of the situation.

Primo I'm glad you're here to be in the middle. C Me Go's a good a good guy. I hope that he and Todd work it out as Todd seemed to be a good guy when I met him as well.

I do think C ME GO has been been very polite in his posts and as a member if someone is having trouble with a vendor I think we all have a right to know about it. He's asking for our help and we should help him if we can. It was all the discussion about 2nrwerks and Todd in this forum that brought him C Me GO's business.

Just my 2 cents anyway

Why call his cellphone? Does he have a business number? I definitely understand your concern and see where you're coming from. No established business should be that hard to get ahold of, especially when they have a huge investment of yours. Look on the bright side-- you can easily get this handled in court if it comes down to it, since the amount is so high.
