I still have the original battery in my 2003. I am thinking of replacing it before it leaves me stranded. I dont trust batteries more than two years old in Florida even if it only has 18K miles on it.

Any input will be appreciated in terms of what brand and where to buy. I have bought most of my recent batteries from Batteries Plus. I have had good luck with them. Is there anything special about the OEM battery?

 

i just put in a stinger yellow top battery. seems to do well.

 

I bought an Optima yellow top last year... It lasted about 10 months!! It has been replaced with a Die Hard...
