Default Whats the length of your tires?

How many miles do your tires last?

Anyone know a good place for tires... I don't need super badass tires, just need tires for daily driving... also a good place for mounting and alignments?

I've been getting fuzions for my last couple sets solely because I don't not need high performance out of them and they are cheap. But I have gotten the same mileage out of allmost all the tires I tried at ~8-12k for the rears and a couple more for the fronts. All depends on how you drive.

I'm not local to you so I can't comment on places to go. But I am loyal to the tire rack for the purchase of the tires.

Im trying the general exclaim UHP's right now, look good, ride great and they are quiet. I was running the Yoko es100, but they get so noisey. 10-12k..but im very hard on tires.

I love Hankook R-S2's.

But Steve, you need an alignment. Your tires will last so much longer.

imo the oem tires are the best fit for the S under the conditions of daily street use, spirited driving, and/or track driving. but if you really want something with longer longevity, the BFG kdw's would be fine.

I have not taken my S2K there because I have not needed to but I highly recommend Southern Tire in S. Tampa on MacDill. When I had my M3 they always took great care of me. One time I was up near Waters and I had a flat. The Firestone dealer would not touch my car. They suggested Southern Tire since they have all the proper equipment. My brother takes his Boxster there and my older brother took his 308 GTB there. Good people - good attitude.
