Custom S2k...
Just very regretfully listed my S2000 on eBay.
Man I love this car and will be very sad to see it go.

dude...did you ever even get to go to a local meet???
I would take the Buy it now off the listing though. You wont get anything even close to that (unfortunately) and seeing that price point will scare off bidders.... no hate, just sage advice
Good luck with the listing

keep your reserve where you want it but the "buy it now" price might keep people from bidding. Even if the car does not sell, looking at any bidders may give you insight as to where the market is at for a private sell elsewhere.
If you have the time and engergy, you may want to pull the aftermarket parts off the car and sell them individually...this way you may recoup some of the value of them.
Honestly at 26000 you wont find but a very select cross section of buyers...if any. you car KBBs at like 18500 in excellent condition....you have to figure that no one is going to respect the mods enough to pay even close to retail for them.
if you get something close to 20K you will be doing good.
I am explaining all of this because I was the perfect buyer you would want about a year ago. I bought a car that was a an aftermarket princess...it has everything. the difference in my case is: I followed my car for almost 5 years and loved it ever since I first saw it. Tt was offered to me for "first right of refusal" before the seller made the sale public
You, on the other hand, are looking for an open sale. That car you have is VERY specific and totally custom. People that buy cars (looking to mod them or wanting aftermarket parts) usually have an idea in their head of what they want and the direction they want to go in. You are tring to sell a finished project....people simply wont want to pay you for your investment on the car.
If anything, the custom nature of the car will turn most people away, regardless of if they find the mods tasteful or not.
I am just offering advice to you because I have been on both sides of this fence as both a buyer and seller of modified cars.
If you have the time or inclination, sell the parts you can remove and replace with stock and get some money out of the replaceable mods and then sell the car at or close to KBB price...you should still get over KBB if you market the car enough.....ebay wont be the place this happens though, you will have to pound pavement and try to find a private buyer.
1.35 worth of free advice. Understand I am not hating on you or the car. just offering insight.
