Default Losing a brother...

Ok, so its not my brother, but it is my dad's 1921 Fronty Ford Indy race car....basically the same thing, right?

For sale on ebay
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Fronty-Ford...=item414996b18d

It throws about a 6 foot flame out of the exhaust

Could you imagine if that thing was street legal?

I think that car counts as family.

Yea, I just found out yesterday that he put it up there. He has had it up for sale for a while, but never really advertised it. I know a few times there were some people looking around the $100k+ range, and now it looks like he wont even come close to that.

I was really hoping he would be able to sell it to a museum or something.

The guy he got it from actually raced them and was about 90+ years old when my dad got it.

Everything about this car is crazy, you would have to be under 5'6" to really be able to race it, you need like 5 hands to drive it, awesome crank start, old school radiator that has a little thermometer on top?!?!, chevrolet brothers building a ford, shifting between your legs, 6 ft flame.

Amazing that this thing has lasted almost 90 years and some new cars crap out before 10.
