only 238? lol . did your buddy dyno at S&R? if he did not dyno on the same dyno as me then his numbers mean absolutely nothing compared to mine. A bone stock AP2 on S&R's dyno makes low 200's (200-203ish), I was there to witness it.

for sale thread, not a dyno thread.
My bad ScutCR, but I guess the same goes for you in regards to how much power you made...means nothing and might not even be true ???

It asked a question because I want to justify spending 900 on a header..I am interested in a J's header. Thats why I asked for tq # and what dyno. jeeeze.

but never mind GL with sale

bro, go back and read my post again...your taking it as a stab at you but it was clearly in defense of me based on your contradicting my dyno numbers.

I gave you what a bone stock car makes on the dyno and then what mine made on the same dyno...did you do the same for your buddy?

new 2 the s2 was there when I made my numbers, if you would like confirmation since now you are claiming I could be lying...if you really want to see power numbers you dont have to search hard at all to find many many dyno's for the j's header. If you are looking to purchase a header, then it should not make a difference what kind of power it made on my, or anyones car....what should matter is what power they GAINED from before to after....peak numbers only tell a fraction of the story.

so based on that, then the J's header is the absolutely best header you can get (aside from maybe the Hytech) because the J's header has proved itself over and over and over on not just my car but countless others.

One question. To get much benefit out of this header, what supporting mods do you need? I'm interested in one down the road, but not sure it would do much for me with my current exhaust (Fujitsubo dual, which I believe is 63mm piping)

Jeff,

I put a toda header on my car long before I went FI with the exhaust (63mm) intake, and header, the throttle response continued to improve with each of those mods. HP won't be much, and when your ready for the next step it will already be in place.....
