Took an extra spin off some ice and rear-ended the median this morning. No one got hurt, except the car. Car's is in the shop. Will find out more tomorrow.

Oh No... Ron... Buddy... Glad to hear you OK, but your car Did you get banged up at all? Any Passengers or other vehicles involved?

Your brand new exhaust... Can it be fixed or replaced? Hope the insurance will cover the "after Market" exhaust and not re-install a stock 04? Looks like your roof has buckled. Does it look like the frame is bent at all..

I'm still kinda in shock myself... How are you holding up

Thanks,

I'm okay. A little sore in the neck, like I slept funny. Don't know anything about what will be covered yet, or the true extent of damage. I gave the invoice for the exhaust to the bodyshop.

I clipped the bumper of another car on the spin (during rush hour!), which resulted in minimal damage. No passenger in either car, everyone is okay.

Ouch, man that sucks, but glad your ok

I had a simaler experience last summer in my S2K, I was going down hwy 100 right after a huge downpour and I was doing about 60mph and I drove through a part with water about 2 inches high and hydroplaned and ended up doing two three sixtys and landed in a muddy ditch, I was very lucky that I didnt hit any other car, the funny part was I managed to drive the S out of the mud in reverse!

Dang! I'm glad you're ok! Make sure you take that to someone who knows their paint. I've heard that color is pain to match. Check out www.hardtopguy.com and buy your replacement parts from him. That will give you a little extra money from the insurance check.
