Red face First Install-Fluid Day

Just a reminder to all that our first Fluid/Install day is coming up March 19th at rpstl's.

If you are planning on participating, now is the time to get your parts and fluids ordered.

Please post up if you are planning on attending and list what needs to be done to your car so we can schedule accordingly.

I'll be light on this day as all I need to do is to Grease my CV boots. So I can lend a hand with all others.

You'll need:

1) Extra wire
2) Fuse relay (spring type in wire worked well for me)
3) Horseshoe clamp. Don't remember what size. I think it was 3/8".

There is a thread in electronic which covers this install and includes picture. All prats were listed.

the valentine comes with a fuse already built in. I just did the truck today. Can we hook it up to the interior light? The install looks really clean in the truck

From the host.....don't forget to bring 4 or 5 quart capacity containers for the oil and other fluids, I only have 1 or so laying around that would work for the fluid. When buying the oil, buy the 5 quart container so we can reuse it with the drained fluids. Thanks.

I'll have to check that out....feeding off the interior light (assuming my car isn't in the shop during the install day). I ran mine from the fuse box on the drivers side foot panel and up the pillar cover.

I just need to figure out which power wire to tap inot. There is already a body ground located behind the light itself. It looks like it should be pretty easy
