anyone bypass their intake manifol coolant lines?
was thinking about doing this actually I'd like to take that whole metal tube piece off I'm not sure what to do about the vacuum lines to the intake though?
I did this in my prelude a few years back, it made my idle a little dodgey. Hey Dan, you know I have a brand new Hondata intake manifold gasket the blocks off the coolant lines to the manifold.....
well I just went all homedepot and replumbed the car
Bypassed the intake coolant with a piece of tube, removed that metal piece extending the 2 vacuum lines, put a breather on the PCV vacuum and plugged the hole in the intake neck..
Hoping this will solve my burning oil/ smoking issues at Roebling
The tube on the front of the valve cover had oil in it so its definitely been sending oil into the intake
