Bad experience
Ok, I didn't call him in time, but I will be able to try him earlier today. Sorry guys, I snapped some pics, but haven't been home to scan them. I should make it there this evening and be able to put them up.
Hey guys,
Sorry I have'nt posted the pics yet, the program I have been using is screwing up, and not cooperating, and I have'nt been home often enough to mess around with it. I'll try again to get these things transferred so I can post. Keep watching. Also, an update on the lawyer situation is basically that I still haven't talked to him! I've left voicemail after voicemail, but never get to talk to him. Guess I'll keep trying.

I hope you have better luck with a different lawyer. I have asked four different attorneys and they all had the same comment I had. You have a very weak case. But I don not have any of the paperwork to evaluate the case.
About the car fax situation, a body shop stated, only repair shops that are included in the "national database" or "server", what ever that means show up on car fax.

The title he showed me definately did NOT have salvage on it. But the Carfax report I pulled two weeks ago, shows that a Salvage title WAS issued. Also, one quick question Joey. If I record him telling me that the car has never been wrecked, can I use that in my case or not? I'm getting conflicting answers on that question. Thanks
Kieth,
It is LEGAL in Georgia to sell a rebuilt car. Please see my earlier post on page one. In looking at the picture 850 posted it appears that the car would not have a salvage title from the type of repair.
Joey,
Is there a posibility HisforHonda can sue the state for approving a poor quality repair? especialy if the car could be in danger of failing at the repair site?

This is not rocket science guys.
I thought that once a car was deemed total, the car must pass an inspection, then the state issues you a new title (it should states it was a salvage car). But I have seen several motorcycles that were wrecked severely and they did not have a salvage title. I personally purchased a motorcycle that had over $7000 worth of damage done to it (clearly it was a totaled bike) and the title did not have a salvage indicator on it, so when I was issued a new title here in Georgia it was clean. When I sold the bike I sold it
Joey,
Thanks for the great oration.
SilverStreak,
You're missing the point, in Ga you CAN "rebuild" a salvage car. Depending on the amount of damage will determine wether or not the tate issues a "rebuilt" title.
You can call the state title dept and request a package on retitleing a salvage car> They'll happily mail it out to you.
