just had some bad storms roll threw the area just wanted to see if everyone is okay lots of destruction around well talk to yall laters

ToEnvy checking in, everything has settled down where I'm at. I'm at an RV camp ground in north of millen ga. We spent about an hour seltering with 20 other people in the camp grounds public rest room. Got some nasty weather just north of us. I hear all of savannah and the.surrounding areas are out of power as we speak.

I'm responding to this thread from the blackberry I should be back in front of my PC tomorrow night.

 

we lost power at about 11oclock last night and it was crazy
theres loads of out of town drunks here for st patricks

the lights where out and people where driving the wrong way up one ways and stuff!

I was about to go out and buy a BBQ to make breakfast but power came back about 9oclock

good job it did cos its F1 day

 

I'm still here. Just had very hard rain and hail.

 

I was visiting Atlanta when the storms hit. I was in the Westin waiting to get to the Sundial when the twister came by. Scary scary time. See my post in the Alabama forum for the whole story.

I hope everyone did well and didn't get damage!

 

i got stuck in the hail but made it under a local banks drive through to wait it out. no dents miraculously. they hail was a little bigger than golf balls
