Just for the record the main issue was never the accident or events associated with the accident. The only reason it came up was because of the above quote which kind of irritated me.

The main deal was the feeling towards those not in the position to register for one reason or another but possible being able to attend... I've said all I can say on that topic since it basically just comes down to a difference of opinion.

Don't worry Jeff, I'm sure you will have lots of fun . Hey, at least you'll have something to talk about while you're there. I still wish I could make it.

...and yes, I will be at the fall event.

Raul, I know that we are not the easiest group to deal with.

Just ask Dewain, he goes through hell organizing every event that we do.

Raul,

I will be there. I am planning on being there now that Tamara has gotten a job. I had not planned to attend due to that and will be sharing a room with Jeff. I understand that you could not hold stuff up with the plan last year. I was a little puzzled that you did not ask how DocT was; however, I have decided that you probably did not realize the severity of the accident and figured we would let you know otherwise. I plan to be there and if you wish to speak to me more about this subject... we can over a couple of beers.... Look forward to seeing you soon!

Dewain, you bring up a good point, I don't think any of the people that weren't at the accident scene understood how serious the wreck was. It's not until pictures were seen and we spoke face-to-face with witnesses that began to get a picture of what happened.

Those that are going to the Dragon, be safe and have fun.

Update: For those going on the Dragon and leaving mid-day Friday. We are currently coordinating to meet up with the Florida folks to continue on to the Dragon.
