Milton Martin does it again!
I stopped by MM Honda on Saturday to pick up the parts for my first oil change (I just hit 5K miles
) when I ran into David Copous. As he usual, he was very nice and offered a free first oil change. Well, who am I to pass up a free oil change! I pulled the car into the service bay where the advisor said they were booked for the day. Since I wanted to get my oil changed this weekend I decided to ask David if I could just get the parts for free so I could do it at home. He said something to the effect of, "Jeez, you buy a $30K car you'd think we could at least do an oil change!" Less than 10 minutes later, the work was done (a tech did it through his lunch) and I was on my way. I appreciate these guys going out of their way to help us out!

Curt did an excellent job of taking care of my S when I dropped it off a week ago. My windshield had 100's of pit marks and though not a warranty issue - they split the cost of the install and parts. He even sent me a $50 check in the mail because he thought the 1/2 I did pay ($250) was too much. They also replaced the strikers because they - "looked a little old". I have never been to a dealership where I get treated so well. Danny always had the rental car company waiting to pick me up the moment I got to Milton Martin with my car. Now thats great service!
Patch, that must have been your car that I saw when I was up there last week. I saw the wheels and thought the car looked familiar but saw the Florida plate then thought it was somebody just visiting from out of town.

I even had a message on my answering machine Monday night from MM. They wanted to make sure the service went good and was completed in a timely manner. I guess you could say I was happy...
