Just checking the Road Atlanta website and saw that the race weekend was extended to include Sunday.

The good part is that there will be 2 Speedvision World Challenge races on Sunday (Sunday now looks like the best day to go).

Best of all it's only $10 for Sunday admission!

According to racing news http://www.vtec.net/news/pr/rtlaguna01.pdf, the Real-Time-Racing NSX will be battling for the championship this coming weekend.

I plan on attending on Sunday to see if Peter Cunningham pulls it off. The race schedule is as follows:

Roland, too bad you can't go Sunday. I understand about the Petite Lemans not being too exciting, 1000 miles or 10 hours is a long race.

I may go over there Saturday afternoon and see what's going on. You can see some of the track from the road. Last year they were letting people in free of charge when the Lemans had about 2 hours left to go. Maybe they'll do the same again this year if attendance is down.

I was planning to go up Saturday, but I have caught a bug or something. Who else is going up? I will keep an eye out if I fell well enough to venture out.

Zoom, I saw in a thread that Enzyme posted that he'll be going. Come on out if it's only for a few hours, we'll have a great time.
