Onions, Jalepenos, chili, Cheese, mustard, sauerkraut are all acceptable Hot dog fixins.

Pass on the onions, can't do raw. Some chili on them works too, depending on the chili. Chili dogs up here aren't very good.

I did at one place we went. Seems there's 2 completely different Detroit coneys, one is really dry (basically just ground meat), the other more like a sauce/chili. None of them get it right as far as I'm concerned.
