So got an email from jerk in another office how is the IT guy for the division's SrVP saying myself and this other person have to learn the app support ticketing system and SCCM so my division can break 99% from corp app support. It has to be done this week and he hopes we can make room in our schedules for training. I asked are we getting our own SCCM server or using the corporate and who was going to be doing the training? and his reply "I have no answers to provide just a directive to follow."
