interesting reveals at the detroit auto show today.
I know this isn't exactly the right forum for this but... on the new Tacoma (Toyota needed to do that a LONG time ago) and on the new Raptor. I like that it has a more, shall we say, "realistic" engine but the giahugic "F O R D" across the nose and tail are gross.
I was more excited for the new GT, GT350R and production spec NSX. Even the Bolt is interesting albeit a bit ugly.

New Mustangs are always good and that new GT is, well... BADASS. I think I am truck focused because I am probably going to get one in the next year. I'm tired of vehicles that have little to no function other than moving me around.

I'm not a huge fan but I wouldn't go quite that far.

The real excitement in this segment is, I think, the Chevy/GMC offering. Car and Driver rated it very highly. I like the exterior but I am willing to bet that the interior is going to be typical Chevy crap and it is tough to justify the price of the upgrades to get the GMC. I'll still test drive both of them, though.

The Colorado ZR2 diesel concept is pretty appealing, too. Almost a Raptor light. Almost...

Did not like anything I saw advertised I was excited about the NSX, but the interior looks cheap to me and the front is very ... Acura TSX-ish. I can't get over the 150k price tag either. I think they overshot the market, but we shall see.

I've been an NSX hater ever since I tried to squeeze myself into Skip's.
