All BMW's are awesome. Until something breaks. Then you encounter what is called walletflaggen!
That would be why Bobbie bucked up for the extended warranty and maintenance package. It covers pretty much everything out to 100k miles.
Parts are still expensive. Keep that warranty up!

Does this mean we are expecting bad weather this weekend?
Holy crap!! It took me 2+ hours to go 7 miles from Germantown to home Saturday afternoon. It was snowing way harder than expected but WTF were people in Trans Ames, Challengers, Lincolns doing out in this shit. Of course the front wheel drive cars weren't doing to great either, heck the awed Audi with snow tires spun tires and went a little sideways a couple of times in the deep stuff. By the time we got home no plow had been down our street so I plowed a path with the audi, snow was flying over the hood and around the car all the way until I parked it. We ended up with well over a foot since it did not stop snowing and change over until after 10pm.
Wait a tic...

Does this mean that the S4 rides again?

Yep and leak free, well maybe a windshield washer fluid leak I really should have replaced the headlight washer parts or capped off the fluid to them.

I almost couldn't get out of the driveway still this morning since everything that didn't melt refroze last night
Any room for new tires in the "amended" budget?
Hopefully by April - 2 new tires will set me back $600.~

There *may* be the sound of hammers at la casa de Brogan tomorrow.

Siding was delivered today. Door and windows should be there tomorrow. Shingles, well who cares about shingles, there is still snow on the roof.
