SO... Question for the HAW Collective....
If I were to have a party either July 23rd or July 30th to celebrate my birthday, how many of you would be willing to drive to Harpers Ferry? It is my 40'th this year and I am feeling like I ought to do something special. I cannot imagine anything any more special than to celebrate with my S2ki Family so I think I want as many of you there as are able to come.
How many of you think you can help me make this happen?

I have been told that I will have a bad day on Monday so we are preparing ourselves for it. The contract negotiations with one of our subs has fallen apart and the functionals are due to walk out on Monday.
Basically, if this does happen, I am going to have a whole crap load of work that I am not trained to do dropped in my lap.
My colleagues and I are trying to sort out who will do what and how we are attack this mess.

I don't have any details thus far but it appears, from the brief e-mail that was sent out on Friday afternoon, that the poo hit the fan and the to people that basically built this system and have been supporting it for the last four or five years are officially off the program. I now get to do at least part of their job. YAY!!! I feel SO lucky.
NOT.
On the upside, I'll be at least a little more busy.
