Need construction tips.

House built in 1969

Under the floor is worn real hardwood. I would want to remove the carpet and sand the mother fker down and poly it again. however the idiot douches that lived there before me decided that the best way to run cable was to drill THROUGH THE FLOOR and run it under the carpet.

What is the best way to fix the holes after I rerun it into the walls.
make plugs out of hardwood dowels

I think its a great starter house in that it is liveable but needs modernizing from what the pics show, you get in there, spend 5 years updating it, then boom, down payment for mansion in Howard County.

That kitchen has huge potential... Ranchers are also super easy to work on.

The garage seems weird, though... The listing suggests it is detached. Is it behind the house or right next to it?

The ceilings in the basement are low. The ducts are low part. I almost hit my head if I am wearing sneakers in certain areas.

The garage is my fav part actually. It's set up like brian's parents garage.

It's on the right hand side beyond the house. The driveway is slabs of concrete.

There is also a tiny parking driveway in the front. So dual driveway pretty much.

No wrap around. Small mini driveway in front. and another on the otherside leading behind.
