Is that for parts and labor or just for the pads!?!?!?!
Just re-read the post... They want to charge you $800 for PADS?!?! WTF... No wonder people call them "stealerships."

You're making my head hurt - just close & move in & enjoy it for awhile. Then do ONE thing until it is done if you really plan on addressing all those things you brought up.

Rotors too?
That would make a little more sense. Even still, HTG sells pads for <$100 for all four corners. Rotors are still only about $100 a piece. What is the other $300 for?

Start the list now and keep on it. Bobbie and I have gotten complacent and back burnered a lot of stuff.

I agree with Alex, to a point, but I think there is real merit in setting up the goals now and actually working on it as time allows. Especially given the fact that your work has a crazy busy season.

That is what I do. Changing brakes is really, really easy and it isn't that much more work to swap out a rotor. That price borders on theft. Seriously... Somebody needs a reality check there.
