haha, thanks Anime.. you feel my pain. I'll let him resolve it the way i asked.. with a partial refund. If he refuses, ill just call my credit card company. If he gets smart, I could use the legal practice.

Haha, it would be pretty funny to sue. Make him get a lawyer and go to court over $50. Good thing I've had Civ Pro. My guess is he wouldnt be too happy about driving to VA to go to court.
