Not getting Rif'd ....
I am going to have a boss who fly's in from Philly every few weeks

Oops, just got a call from my Boss, I may be getting Rif'd after all.
My Boss gave me a choice get rif'd and get a severance (13 weeks) or keep my position at the expense of someone who has less seniority.
Now here's the thing, the company may want to lower my pay after the first of the year and expects 2x the performance.
I plan on leaving anyway, just don't want to have any lapse of income.

I think the serverance only pays base, that's about half of my income, so I think I will Keep the job at the expense of the other guy, spend all my time looking for a new job (already have some prospects) and then just quit. Fuk them.
FYI the company is RIF'ing lot's of people nationwide, it's all a short term move to look good on the balance sheet for Wallstreet.
