edit: i was saying the sentance of fruit vs candy processing as a statement not a question.. but i see how i wrote it and it seems that way.

you can eat 2 big macs a day and loose weight if that's all you ate. Cause that would be 1,060 calories.. and a body that does nothing burns more then that.

i'm assuming your going off a 2000 calorie a day plan..

now tell me how eating 2 big mac's a day will make you loose weight and keep it off in the long run?

If you want to kick start you metabolism. Do the 1234 diet that anorexics do.

Cept don't do it to the T.

it goes

100 - day 1
200 - day 2
300 - day 3
400 - day 4


... this way their body is always guessing.

you could modify it to

1600, 1800, 1700, 2000

you can also match that to your off days vs your on days with lifting / cardio etc.
