Alan.. you will do what you will do.
However. Dried Mango? Why not just buy a box of mangos.
When I want to eat healthy and go on my workout kicks (In between Jan-May). The first year i went to strictly splenda and non fat things. Suffice to say it was disgusting. The next year I went to pure natural foods and cooking... I felt much better and had more energy.. however the weight went down slower but I did find myself running more and lifting more.

Oh ofcourse...your body needs the fat to survive yes.. the carbs can be done without...if your not active..
the carbs and natural sugars in the fruit are what you need to be active and healthy vs eating processed carbs like noodles ect..
like you said.. one is harder to process in your body... the other not so much... fruits and veggies or candy and noodles... your body will process the fruits and veggies easier and your body will take in the nutrients it needs...not much nutrients in candy and noodles..

fat is 9 calories per gram
alcohol is 7 calories per gram
Everyone has different ways of doing it. Brian lost stupid amounts of weight and have kept it off. He eats crazy during the weekends and eats well on the weekdays and goes to the gym 5 days a week. He doesn't count calories and he eats very little veggies.

I was just simply sayin i would choose the dried mango vs candy and chocolate to snack on..
i mean sure if i had fresh mango's and other fruits to snack on around me i would choose those vs these..
