Uhh so can't that box be considered a FIOS modem?? LoL... it takes the optical signal and converts it into a digital signal that is used on a computer... so it modulates/demodulates the optical signal to a digital one and vice versa... isn't that what a modem is??? lol

I pay $42 with Adelphia and get 875k up and 6.8mb down, stupid FIOS isnt available in my area.
