~~~ 2nd Official Hardly At Work Thread ~~~
I was told by the director of sales at the GMC dealership that they could give me $13,500-$14,000 for my car. They know I get the GMS pricing. CarMax offered $12k.
I fully understand the numbers game. Tell me you'll give me $1k for my trade... I don't care. All I care about is the end numbers- don't care how we get there.
Reminds me of how everyone always says how much they won in Las Vegas.
Between Allstate not knowing where the heck my check is, drama on the board, Fall Colors planning, and not having sold my car yet, not having enough workers at work is a walk in the park.
I've never traded a car but I did sell the one to CarMax, if I did trade the car the deal would be negotiated without the trade first.
Well - friend of mine at work had a guy come in the other day, looking specifically for an NSX. Said that his family bought another car the other day and there was a Yellow NSX in the back - guy fell in love with it.
Said that he wants 95+ under 100,000 miles for less than $50k.
Why can't I find a single buyer that wants to pay over $50k?
Because they see how much car $15k can buy them- Janet's G6 GT. After that, your NSX just doesn't have enough to justify the add'l $$$$$.
- How is everyone doing today?
