If you're 35 or older, the financial crisis may seem to have no upside. Your retirement funds, home equity, job prospects and credit lines have withered so much that it's hard to focus on anything but what you've lost.

My saving grace is that I have a ton of equity in the house and I pulled my retirement funding out of the stock market long before it went south, so my bank account is very healthy (but not tax exempt).

this pisses me off...

Charges Submitted
03/11/2009
X-Ray or Lab Services $400.00
03/11/2009
Outpatient Anesthesia $850.00
Total $1,250.00

Charges at Aetna's Agreed Pricing
03/11/2009
X-Ray or Lab Services $30.00
03/11/2009
Outpatient Anesthesia $108.00
Total $138.00

I mean, if they are willing to accept 11% of their original 'bill', why not just charge like 15% and stop overbilling insurance companies?

Bill... I had to order a new clutch master cylinder for my car. The original one has been going south for some time... I actually found a little puddle of fluid on my floor mat the other day.

Have you ever done anything like this before? Anything I should be weary of?
yes, I had to replace my CMC in my first integra. fairly straight forward, just make sure you 'bench bleed' the unit
