I disagree with you, John... I barely even get my heart rate up after 20 minutes on the machine. I takes me some time to get on the machine, get it set up, and get into the workout. When you factor that in plus a cool down, it takes time.

I agree that you only need to exercise for 20 minutes or so but that does not mean you can hop off the machine after 20 minutes of elapsed time. I assure you I did get a very effective workout last night. I intend to repeat tonight, too.

20 mins is horrible for excercise, you dont start burning stored carbs and fat till after the 20 min mark...
