Forget about DMZ. DMZ never works like it's supposed to on these little routers. Even if it does work it's a bad, bad thing to have a host wide open.
Also, you still need ports forwarded with a static IP, you just dont have to worry about the IP ever changing.

I don't think you need the DMZ function enable for it.

The Static IP works,
I just used some DNS servers I looked up online. Comcast would not give them to me when I called.
I will double check the ports I already setup, but I think I already had these forwarded.
And I will uncheck the DMZ too

You don't need to set the DNS servers at all. Comcast gives you a Dynamic IP anyways. That's probably one of the reasons that they don't give you there DNS server IPs.
