Here is how to do it.
To pull off this "glitch" do the following:
* Create a party with a friend (sounds like you need two parties)
* Get 6 people in one of the parties (2 people have to be in the other)
* Go to your friend's party with the six people (total of 8 then)
* One of those 6 people will get booted
* The person booted will have the custom lobby
* That person then invites everyone
