The game keeps locking up on me.
This is a problem that will be patched in the future. A date has not been confirmed for the patch.
The manual says I can bring a guest onto Xbox Live, but I can't figure out how to do it.
The manual is wrong, there is no way to bring a guest onto Xbox Live.
The box says 2-4 player coop offline. How do I do more than 2 players?
You can play 2-player coop using splitscreen. If you want three or more players, each person will need their own Xbox 360 and copy of the game, and you will need to use Xbox Live or system link over a LAN. There is no way to play 3 or 4 player splitscreen, and there is no way to bring a splitscreen player into a system link or Xbox Live game despite what the box and manual imply.
How do I host a 16-player game?
You need to select "dedicated server" before you can host 16. Running a dedicated server means that you can not play in the game that you're hosting, so if you want to play in that match you'll need a second Xbox 360, another Xbox Live account, and another copy of the game.
I unlocked weapons in the single player campaign, but they're not available online.
You need to unlock weapons by gaining experience points online. For a full list of ranks, gear that you unlock, and the points required, visit http://www.ick.bz

Is it just me or have I been lucky. I have had my 360 since launch and it has not once locked up on me or had to be replaced. I play the hell out of it. My brother has been though 5 360's since the march after launch (3 of which have been this year alone, two of which burned up within 30 days of one another). Weird....
Btw, you guys need to stop playing Forza 2 and step up to some real F1 racing on PS3, and yes I own Forza 2 also so my opinion is not biased.
