Well after hearing all this I just called them back and they now for some reason sound interested I think I just caught them at a bad moment last time I called.

They said they would come out and look at the property and that would mean no cost to me (except for haul away of the rubble) which we have lined up already.

So, Win.

Also, does anyone know the plusses and minuses to propane heat compared to dual heat pumps (aside from cost)
