tape was the only damn thing I had avaliable at the time, the cups I filled with water. But there was too much weight and the whole thing started to sway, so I taped it up to hold it. Still worked just fine. He came out in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and CRASH! Boy he was pissed..... Yea, those were his DVD's but I was being the nice guy and I took them all out before I did it. I don't wanna end up having him ride my ass for $300 worth of games and dvd's.

Best part was, the girl was sleeping in his room with him, and I didn't even know it. Caught her red handed too.

I just started phase two. I ordered 600 USPS boxes to my buddies place, we are gonna fold them all one day when he is at work and stack his bedroom to the ceiling with boxes.

 

ok.. i saw this on that mtv show... (the revenge show with the guy from bam...) but it's pretty damn funny....

get his deodorant stick.. and cut off the top.. and then put cream cheese in it and smooth it out like it's part of his deodorant stick... when he goes to put some on.. boom.. cheese in the armpit... ..

the other one was... something with ketchup and bakingsoda...
have a ketchup bottle and empty it out like halfway or something... then put some a tablespoon.. might be a teaspoon of baking soda in it and let it sit... when he shakes it up before using it and opens the top it explodes...

 

I didn't know you were the one doing the prank - I figured you found the picture on the Interent somewhere - sorry.

 

you could also freeze a can of shaving cream (not the gel) and put it in his sock drawer or underwear drawer and when it thaws out it pretty much empties out the whole can.

I remember those days. We got tired of that one though so we cynder blocked this one annoying guy in his room. Wish I had been around to hear him run into it when the other guys pulled the fire alarm but I was off at a party by the time the cement dried.
