Ohhh FFS - this arguement is about getting as rediculous as the import versus domestic fight.

Every single bike owner these days think that due to the weight/power that they are fully untouchable. Granted, if you try to take a bike from a dig - you better be capable of high to mid 10's to stay even, mid to low 10's to beat him.

To gpvirgin - the times have changed, bikes are not untouchable anymore. I personally have ran a 600cc bike in my s2000 - we did a 40mph roll. He took 2 cars on me before we ever gave the third honk - at the end he beat me by about 4 cars @ 115mph. However I was within 1 car at 140mph. He even told me that he looked at his mirror and noticed I was pulling hard as soon as we hit the 100+ mark. I have this in a compilation video of this summers street racing if you want proof.

Here is the good parts. I am 358whp and do not hit full power until 9,000 rpms. Jay is 650+whp and hits max power at probably around 5k rpms. Doing a 70mph roll it is VERY VERY VERY believable that an S2000 in this power bracket will run even if not beat a 750cc bike.

I am sure that I am missing quite a few other high points, but I'll make sure to post them up as I think of them.

Jerianna, as you may have seen my car is in pieces for the winter as I am redoing quite a few things. However I will have it fully back up and functional by WTD 06'. I'll see if I can get a 3-day weekend either before or after the trip and spend the weekend up north. To prove my point you can run your 600cc bike against my S2000 - 40mph roll up to 140 mph. Shit, I'll even toss $50 on it. You win, you take my $50. I win, you are banned from using that stupid smiley forever.

I said in the original post that I was just "wasting gas", so I was bored and thought that was one of the coolest thing I've done so far since my vacation begun. actually, that and messed around with a M5 on 270 this past weekend. now for those who want to know - my friend's R6 blew by me before I even hit 6K in 1st.
