I went for a hike on the Cabin John trail this afternoon. MacArthur to Seven Locks, no way you are riding that portion. Not even Pete.

I am still planning on riding on Thursday, too!

I'll be there tonight. Try to get there by 5 but will probably be a bit late.


It is supposed to rain pretty steadily from Thursday to Sunday so this will be your last chance for the week.

Boy, I am looking forward to instructing the Cobra Club on Shenandoah in the rain on Saturday.

O RLY? I haven't been watching the weather lately...

I am STILL st00pid sore from a really long session at the gym on Monday (I know... I know... I know... ) so I don't think I am going to do much of a baller ride today...
